Bio: Brother Parker was born and raised in Utah. He has a Bachelor's degree in English from Weber College, and an M.Ed. and an Ed.D. in Educational Psychology from BYU. He taught Seminary in Utah and Institute at the University of Arizona in Tucson. He is married to Deborah Harbertson. They are the parents of nine children. He has spoken for BYU Education Week, Know Your Religion, and Especially For Youth conferences. He participated in Cross Country running and Pole Vaulting in high school and college. He is currently serving on the Correlation Committee for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
