Biography
Matthew O. Richardson is a professor of Church History and Doctrine at Brigham Young University. He has served as BYU's Advancement Vice President (2014-2020) and an Associate Dean of Religious Education (2000-2004). He was the Second Counselor in the General Sunday School presidency (2009-2014) and as Mission President of the Minnesota Minneapolis Mission (2020-2023).
Teaching Interests
Professor Richardson teaches Living Prophets and Missionary Preparation. His main teaching areas are Living Prophets, Missionary Preparation, Doctrine and Covenants, and LDS Family and Marriage Relations.Honors and Awards
