Visualizing Learning Student Artwork Submission

Recognizing that student learning occurs in a variety of ways, Religious Education features a yearly exhibition of some of the outstanding artwork that students create and submit as part of a religion course or a course taught by a religion professor in a different department. Submissions will be considered for artwork created for course assignments Winter, Spring, Summer, and Fall semesters 2024. Artwork that is accepted for the exhibition will be presented and displayed during the Student Symposium in the WSC March 14, 2025. The artwork will then be displayed in an exhibition in the Joseph Smith Building first floor lobby during the 2025 calendar year. Submissions will be selected that demonstrate both artistic quality and significant student learning. In recognition of students’ accomplishments, judges will award a grand prize of $1,000, with $700 for the first runner up, $300 to the second runner up, and $200 for all others whose artwork is selected and displayed.

Entries must be submitted by 2 December 2024 using the online submission form.
